Discover the world, my friends.
There is nothing better in the world than to explore it.
My family has always travelled. At the age of four I was on my first flight of my live towards Greece, Crete to be precise. We travelled to Greece a lot, but also Ireland and Spain. And no matter where we were, we booked trips, visited ancient sites and dived into the region's culture.
We never just stayed in a 5 star hotel getting pampered and leaving without having seen anything but the hotel. No no no, my parents dragged us everywhere, and for this I will always be thankful.
It doesn't come as a surprise that I am fond of travelling too. During my studies I could not really afford to travel, however, I lived and studied in England and yes, you could say I dived into a different culture. I loved it! But I am sure that I will write something very special about our friends from the island at some point.
I travelled the United States, West and East coast (during Obama times), went backpacking through Malaysia, visited Singapore and Dubai. All with friends. In February 2018 I then decided to travel by myself. So I packed my backpack once again and travelled through Laos. Unforgettable, to say the least.
My last adventure endet at the beginning of May. I went to Namibia and this was the best experience of my life. Check it out here.
But no matter where I went, every time I got back I saw the world a little bit differently. Besides new countries, cultures and landscapes, I made so many experiences that money cannot buy.
To me, this is the quintessence of travelling. And discovering.
